The steps

The steps

01

First message

Tell us about the business in a few lines: what you sell, who buys it and what the current site gets wrong. Email, phone or the form all work.

02

A short call

We ask the questions that shape the site: who it is for, what it has to do and what you already have.

03

Fixed quote, in writing

One price and a clear scope before anything starts. If the scope stays the same, so does the price.

04

Design

We design the key pages first and show them early, so your feedback lands while changes are still easy.

05

Build and content

Hand-built, fast and ready for phones, with copy in plain language and the search basics set up as we go.

06

Launch and handover

We launch, connect the domain and hand everything over. The site, the content and the accounts are yours.

02

What we need from you

What we need from you

Your brand

A logo and brand colours if you have them. If you don’t, we can sort that out as part of the project.

Photos

Pictures of your work, your place or your team. Real photos sell better than stock, but we can fill gaps.

The facts

Services, prices, opening hours and contact details, so the site answers the questions customers call about.

One decision-maker

One person who can answer questions and approve the design, which keeps the timeline short.

Questions

Questions

How long does a project take?

Most sites go live within a few weeks. The date depends on the size of the site and how quickly content and feedback come in, and we agree on it before we start.

What does it cost?

It depends on the scope, so every project gets a fixed quote in writing before work starts. The pricing section on the home page gives a starting point.

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes. We hand it over so you can change texts and images yourself, without waiting on us or paying for small edits.

Do you redesign existing sites?

Yes. We keep what works, fix what doesn’t and set up redirects, so the search traffic you already have isn’t lost.

What happens after launch?

The site is yours. If you want changes or new pages later, ask and you get a fixed quote for that too.

Do you do more than websites?

Yes: SEO, WordPress work, AI automation, video creatives and UGC content. Ask about it in the same message.
